How do i remove the 'Fear' emotion from me. im scared of alot of things.?
and ive tried almost everything u can find online. face fear, etc.. I want to know how to get rid of fear once and for all. everyone hates fear. any black magic technices OR ANYTHING i can do that will take my fear away for good? thank you.
When I read the title of your question, my first thought was exposure, but it seems you already covered that one.
My second suggestion would be talk-therapy. Not sure if you've tried that yet or not. But it seems to be working okay for me.
Another suggestion is deep meditation. In a way, it's a form of exposure, but at the metaphysical level. Just put all of your focus on whatever is frightening and meditate the hell out of it.
When I discussed this to my...3rd therapist, she told me to take an hour our of each day to focus on this fear. Put all of my worry that I have into that hour, and when the hour is up, I have to stop thinking about it. I'm suggesting that to you, even though it didn't work for me. I have OCD and there is no "off" button for my thoughts and fears.
Another thing that might help is to draw or paint it. If it's something you can see physically, recreate it. If it's a thought, draw or paint it as you would picture it.
