Where can i find a figurine/decoration/ornament that represents 5 family members (3 sons) and a dog?

check the link out, i was thinking something like that but instead of being a sticker a small sculpture type thing that would go on the mantel. maybe made out of glass or a type of metal, i don't know but i need an answer QUICK! its not a problem if i have to buy them all separately but if there is a custom maker out there that will make them all together that would also be wonderful.

i want it to be quite simple as well, think gingerbread people figures. 1 man 1 woman 3 boys and a dog. but instead of gingerbread glass or some shiny metal.
