Famous Contemporary Abstract Photographers?
Ok it's kind of a ridiculous question coming from a photography major but i have a major mind blank and I'm terrible with names, when I see em I'll recognize em but for the life of me I cant think of the major ones. Please spare me from person opinion i.e. "popular" flickr photographers. no flickrs please, I mean really groundbreaking ones that almost everyone knows/learns about. nothing against rising flickr stars thats just not what I need right now.

Aaron Siskand is probably the best known abstract photographer. He created abstraction by photographing things close up so that the details formed abstract shapes and patterns.
